Arrive at Hanoi's Noi Bai Airport (HAN), complete arrival formalities and meet your driver for the private transfer to the hotel. The package schedule is based on an 11:00 am arrival.
Hanoi Hotel Check-in
Check in to Hanoi La Storia Hotel or similar for a three night stay. Check-in is scheduled for 2:00 pm.
Ba Dinh Square & One Pillar Pagoda
The city tour starts at 3:00 pm at Ba Dinh Square, where Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence in 1945. The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the One Pillar Pagoda stand in the same complex and are seen from outside, as the mausoleum admits visitors only in the morning.
Temple of Literature & Old Quarter
Continue to the Temple of Literature, founded in 1070 and later home to Vietnam's first national academy. The tour ends at Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, where the evening is at leisure.

Ninh Binh
Day 2 - Ninh Binh Day Trip & Tam Coc Boat Ride
Tam Coc Boat Ride
Leave Hanoi at 7:30 am by shared coach for Ninh Binh, around two hours each way. A rowing boat takes you along the Ngo Dong River and through three limestone caves, with rice fields on both banks.
Lunch & Bich Dong Pagoda
Lunch is included on this day trip. Bich Dong Pagoda sits against a limestone hill in three levels joined by stone steps, so expect a short climb to reach the upper shrine.
Hoa Lu Ancient Capital
Visit the temples of King Dinh Tien Hoang and King Le Dai Hanh at Hoa Lu, Vietnam's capital in the 10th and 11th centuries. The coach reaches Hanoi around 7:00 pm.

Halong Bay
Day 3 - Halong Bay Day Cruise
Transfer to Halong Bay
Pickup from the hotel is at 8:30 am for the expressway drive to the Halong cruise port, about 2.5 to 3 hours by shared coach with one short break on the way.
Halong Bay Day Cruise
Board a day boat at the port and cruise among the limestone islands of Halong Bay. The route and the stops depend on the cruise operator assigned to your travel date.
Lunch On Board & Return
Lunch is served on the cruise. Drinks and any paid activities on board are at your own cost, and the coach returns to Hanoi around 8:00 pm.

Day 4 - Free Morning & Hanoi Departure
Breakfast & Free Morning
Breakfast is included at the hotel. The morning is free until checkout, which leaves time for coffee near Hoan Kiem Lake or last shopping in the Old Quarter.
Hotel Checkout
Check out of the Hanoi hotel at 12:00 pm and meet your driver for the scheduled private departure transfer.
Transfer to Noi Bai Airport
Continue to Noi Bai Airport (HAN) for departure. Transfer timing is subject to the confirmed flight schedule, so choose a flight that allows for the drive and airport formalities.
