No refund or cannot be exchanged with another program. We'll do our best to assist with rescheduling or alternative arrangements if you let us know 48h before
Do you provide assistance with obtaining travel visas?
While we don't directly process visas, we can guide you on the requirements and assist with information. We will put you touch with your VISA Partners to get your VISA done. It's recommended to check visa checklist details well in advance of your trip.

What are the documents I need to submit to initiate booking?
Passport copies of all travellers, PAN Card of the lead passenger.
What are the passport requirements for international travel?
Minimum 6 months from your date of travel.
Can I freeze my rates once I have finalized the itinerary?
Upon making a 20% advance payment, you can freeze the rates. Once you have finalised the itinerary, we suggest you to confirm and make 20% advance payment to freeze the rates. Because hotel prices are subject to availability and fluctuates depending on the seasons.
What happens once I have made the payment?
Once you have made the payment, our team will send you booking confirmation email, followed by the hotel vouchers and VISA process. Upon receiving the final payment, we will send you day-wise itinerary and vouchers for sightseeing programs.
What happens if I want to change activities after I have confirmed?
Before 72h of your travel date, we can accommodate any changes in the activities.
